Evri gifts £150,000 of its apprenticeship levy funding to help SMEs take on trainees


 

Consumer delivery company Evri, formerly known as Hermes, has pledged over GBP150,000 of its apprenticeship levy funds to help SMEs take on new apprentices or upskill existing ones. Last year the company supported over 19 employers and 23 learners across a range of sectors. Evri is working closely with West Midlands Combined Authority and Total People, a provider of apprenticeships and work-based learning in the North-West of England, to help identify suitable companies.
