Truck driver reports being hit by large rock on U.S. 35; police seek help from public

A truck driver reported his truck being hit by a large rock on U.S.

35 in the area of the Bellbrook Avenue overpass Friday morning and now police are looking into what may have happened.

Police ended up finding dozens of large rocks in the westbound lanes of U.S.

35 under the Bellbrook Avenue overpass. “A resident from the area advised officers they observed two subjects–one male and one female–running from the area at the time Officers were responding,” police said in a statement. Anyone with information is asked to call Det.
